Refund policy

1) Payment

You can make your payment with any kind of credit card through the secure iyzico infrastructure. You can benefit from our online single payment or online installments from Akbank. For online payments, the amount will be debited from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of possible order cancelations or order cancellations due to stock problems, your credit card will be refunded within 3 business days.

2) Order Refund

In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; Livere Tekstil ve Yaşam Ürünleri A.Ş. will refund the product price to your account and / or credit card within three business days. However, you must notify your bank account information and / or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's financial authorities.

3) Delivery

We deliver the products you have ordered to cargo within 5 business days at the latest. You will be informed in case of possible delayed delivery.

In order for the product delivery to be carried out without interruption, please inform the address of your location during the day as the delivery address.

Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent by UPS and Octovan cargo companies. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 5 (five) business days at the latest.

You can discuss different delivery terms by consulting our customer representative. In addition, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.

4) Payment Tracking

If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation as a result of the payment page.

In case of any error at the specified address, the orderer is contacted regarding the order that cannot be delivered.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent following the transfer of the order.

Please pay attention!

Do not take delivery of the product by having a report made to the cargo company for the product and / or products that you think are damaged during shipment.

After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

5) Return Policy

You can return and exchange your product unconditionally and free of charge within 100 days. All you need to do is to complete the 30-day usage period and then transfer your return request to us. We will then manage the entire process on your behalf, collect our product from you free of charge and transfer your refund to your account. The 100-day trial period applies to all our mattresses except "Baby Mattresses".

The trial and free return period for baby mattresses is 30 days. You can start the return or exchange process after the first 15 days of use.

Free Return or Exchange Terms

The trial period is 100 days for all our products except baby mattresses. All you need to do for a free return is to complete the trial period of 30 days of use.
For baby beds, you have the right to create a return request after the first 15 days of use within your 30-day trial period from the delivery date of the product.
You can use the products delivered to your home as you wish by unpacking them.
In case of damage to your product caused by production or cargo, you can request your free replacement in advance without waiting for the 30-day usage period.
Paid Return Conditions

If you wish to return the product you have purchased before the specified trial period of 30 days, your product will be received free of charge with a 25% deduction from your invoice amount and the amount you have paid will be transferred to your account after 25% deduction.
The product you send to our factory for return must not have any user-induced damage. In case of liquid contact and similar damages that may occur on it, a 25% deduction will be reflected to you.

Return Process
You send us your return or exchange request.
Our customer service directs our cargo company to your home and our product is received from you.
The product that reaches our factory is checked by our relevant department.
Then your refund is transferred back to your account according to your payment method.
*Your invoice replaces the warranty certificate. Please keep your invoice in order to use your warranty rights.
