How it works?
Step 1: Choose your Uniq or Doa mattress and place your order.
Step 2: Your mattress will be delivered pressed and rolled to your address.
Step 3: Try out your mattress for 100 nights. During this time you will have the chance to test every aspect of your mattress.
Step 4: If you are not satisfied with your mattress, you can start the free exchange or return process at the end of the 30th day. We make returns easy and hassle-free.

When does the 100 night trial period start?
It starts on the day your mattress is delivered.
What should I do if I want to return it?
To start the return process, you can start the process from the return/exchange page or contact our customer service team. We will provide you with all the details about the return process.
Can I get a refund if I return it?
Yes, you will receive a full refund if you return your mattress. However, if you wish to return it before the end of the 30-day period, 25% of your refund will be deducted.
How long does it take to get used to the mattress?
It usually takes 15-20 days to adapt to a new mattress. Therefore, we recommend at least 30 days to get used to your mattress.
What happens if I don't get used to my mattress?
For 30 days we expect you to get used to your mattress. If you are still not satisfied after this period, you can start the process of free exchange or full refund. If you have any problems during this time, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
